In the cutting area, Veber Industrial has high definition plasma cutting equipment, capable of cutting 2.1 / 2 ”sheet metal with 2,980 mm wide x 12,000 mm long. This cutting process is up to 5x higher than Oxycutting. Its advantages are greater speed in the cut, less incidence of heat in the part and the reduction of the risks of warping, in addition to the superior finish in the cut.
FORMING
FORMING
In the mechanical forming sector, Veber Industrial has a 4-roll CNC plate calender, which allows calendering plates with initials, in addition to reducing material loss, supporting plates up to 76.2 mm thick with lengths up to 2,500 mm.
The company also has the capacity to calender tubes of circular section up to 101.6 mm in diameter and tubes of square section of 200 mm.

MACHINING
With a range of flexible equipment in the machining area, Veber Industrial is able to machine cylindrical parts up to 1,600 mm in diameter and 14,000 mm in length. The company has conventional lathes, CNC lathes, conventional cutters, CNC cutters and CNC Machining Center.
To guarantee the final quality, the measurements are monitored throughout the machining process, seeking the conformity of the parts and ensuring uniformity of the process. After the completion of production, the parts are again measured and inspected, then a conformity report is issued. At Veber Industrial, quality is a crucial point in all stages of the process.

Assembly and welding are processes with the objective of joining metals by melting parts and filling to form a single item.
